Haven’t had that many rou jia mo in SG, but enjoyed this! It was sufficiently flaky and crisp, and held a substantial amount of pork. The pork filling was braised thoroughly, not too fatty and didn’t have too strong a porky smell/taste. Kinda pricey, but would have this again! They also have these plain ($3 each, $4.50 for 2), with chicken ($4.50) and spicy beef ($6.50).
