LAST chance this weekend to get your fix on this Matcha softserve that’s exclusively available only for the bi-annual pop up event at @takashimayasg ! Had this 5 times during their pop-up here and I am already missing and craving badly for it now again! 🙈🤭 As a hardcore matchaholic, I must admit that this is the BEST matcha softserve that I can ever find locally here, one that came with a robust albeit mellow earthy and umami note, coupled with a characteristic lingering bitter undertone. Not for the faint hearted though, but this is definitely the IDEAL one for me! 💚 The houjicha softserve, on the other hand, came with a pleasant characteristic roasted flavour and lingering aroma, one that even my “non-matcha lover” friends was sold for it! 💛 A pity this flavour always got sold out fast, way before the fair ends! 😢 Both softserve are also served with their respective sauces, which can be an optional topping too .
