How did it take me so long to find this treasure! Unlike the usual thick udon, the udon here are of a thinner cut and what’s even better is that they are freshly made. I order the kake udon (plain udon) even though I wasn’t particularly hungry because my friend had high praises for them, and I’m glad I did.
