uber freshness is needless to say at icelandic fish & chips and they make one hell of a crazy batter to match it up. using non-wheat organic spelt, the batter absorbs less oil during the frying process and allowing for light, delicate and airy coating. i would say this is a must-eat when one is in reykjavik.
