Of all the dishes we had at Hardware Société, this was the most satisfying.

The quintessential Melburnian brunch, though entirely overrated imho.

Bring me back to Melbourne, where poached eggs are perfectly round, and lobster beneditcts come in burgers.

Definitely wasn't expecting my Lobster Eggs Benedict to come in a burger, but that citrusy notes that came with the hollandaise made the flavors pop, and with that fresh chunks of lobster - ON POINT.

Best looking and tasting cup of matcha latte at @hardwaresociete, can Singapore's coffee price - @yiyangk make me this pretty stag?

When the menu stated Scrambled Eggs (AUD 21, S$21.85), I definitely was not expecting it to be presented in this gorgeous burger form, served with some thick slices of home cured salmon.
