If you enjoy your carbonara plain but rich, meet your new love. This udon melds a bed of cheese with warm udon, topped with a raw yolk and black pepper. The result is a chewy udon, bound by stringy cheese. Add chili flakes to balance out the rich flavours with a zing. Like in Yamabuki, the Enoki (RM4) here is a gem. Dinner can get rather quiet so unless you're with a group, come for lunch.
