Opened a week ago at East Village, @deburgsimpang has a wiiiiide range of burgers to choose from, each with its own quirk and personality.

A 200g beef patty made for a massive burger but we really loved that FIRED SPAM DISC! 😍 Battered and fried till crisp, the inside still remained meaty and kept this burger exciting. 🎉🎉🎉 There's no way you'll leave De Burg hungry too as all their burgers come with an 'endless supply of fries'(their words, not mine 🙊). Note that our patty came medium rare without them asking, so if you want yours a bit more done, you should tell them.
