The colour of the braised pig trotters(you can choose either the lean or fatty cuts) may appear to be lighter than most, but tasted really flavourful. Many BKT stalls out there use frozen pork ribs, Seng Kee pride itself on using fresh pork from Indonesia. I could not resist myself from ordering the steamed Peh Tor fish(white rabbit fish, a.k.a 白肚鱼, 3 for $10) as they were also bought fresh from the market each morning. All for myself, very very satisfying brunch indeed!

*How to tell if the stall uses frozen pork ribs for BKT - look out for the colour of the pork when you bite into it. If it appear to be pink in colour(though thoroughly cooked through), you can be sure that that is frozen pork. :)
