We found the ramen good but not fantastic. The star would definitely be the pork and especially its pork cheek (toruniku) offerings. It's the kind of pork that defies physics and leaves you to wonder what state of matter it is. Is it a solid or liquid? We don't know but it just melts in your mouth.
