Given this was served in a claypot, this was a tad disappointing especially in terms of temperature, being warm above room temperature but still not hot enough. Flavour-wise didn't really hit; the top felt a little watered down while the base felt more flavourful with tangy flavours of Assam, though would have really been better if it could be spicy. Stingray was a tad dry and tough.
