Fresh Fish Ceviche Tostada - Fresh, thick cut raw fish cured in lime juice & spices + green apple cubes, chopped onions, pickles, tomatoes atop a toasted tortilla.

Personally, I like this most as the texture of the fish is firm but not dry & the tangy lime marinade makes it very refreshing! 😋👍
