Ubi Claypot Lala which is the first in Singapore to offer charcoal lala claypot. Recently it has opened an outlet in Woodlands industrial area.

We had the signature
Claypot Lala 砂锅啦啦 (S$13.80/ small 小)
which consisted of 500 grams of the shellfish. Served garished with crispy fried garlic. The broth was rich and savoury which could be further enhanced with a round of Hua Diao Jiu 花雕酒. The cooking wine and broth were available unlimited at the counter.

If you do not like lala, the outlet also offers claypot Prawn.
Don’t forget to help yourself to the condiment bar which includes chilli padi 小辣椒, homemade sour spicy sauce 自制酸辣酱, coriander 香菜, homemade Thai sauce, 自制泰式秒🕰️, and raw garlic.

To add flavours, get side dishes from the fridge which were priced at S$0.90/ black plate, S$2.90/ yellow plate, S$6.90/ green plate, and S$9.90/ red or white plate. We selected the following to go with the claypot :

Shabu Shabu 涮肉 (red plate)
Abalone Slices 贵妃鲍鱼片 (red plate)
