This was a well-executed bowl of Lu rou fan. Was greeted with an aroma upon serving. The braised meat was soft and tender, and the cut had a good balance of meat and fat which made the braised meat literally melt in your mouth🤤 A very flavourful bowl with gravy that was of a slightly thick consistency, and all the ingredients complemented well with one another. I’d highly recommend coming here for your braised meat rice fix!
