I've been eating this since i was 10 yrs old. Back when chef jessie's was called le souffle. There's a reason why people (me specifically) keeps on coming back to Chef Jessie even after so many years. 1. Cosistency- the taste never changed from back when i was 10 and now 21 yrs after. 2. Portioning - still the same size. They would rather increase their prize than cheat you on your meal. 3. Service - i ( i presume the rest also) gets the best personalized service.
