Popular store with a 25 minute wait on Sunday morning. Straightforward and no-frills bowl but incredibly comforting. The porridge was silky and thick, with the individual rice grains broken down without being too starchy or rich. The tender minced meat and sliced pork were well-seasoned, and every scoop carried a depth of flavour. Was also impressed at the generous portions of meat for this affordable price point. Would recommend adding in an egg (+$0.50) for extra creaminess.
