The 𝐏𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬 ($𝟐𝟐) was a clashing of strong flavours that somehow still managed to agree with each other. The dish included a rich assam broth, strong caramelised pumpkin seeds, longtong and bitter charred vegetable. I wish the seabass was a touch more tender, but overall it was an interesting dish that was put together well.
