ダンジョンパガーのInternational Plaza 1階の外に面した小さなテイクアウト専門のターコイズブルーが可愛いコーヒースタンド。

コーヒーはエスプレッソ1種類とフィルターコーヒー(エアロプレス)4種類が2.3週間毎に入れ替わるようで、いずれもシングルオリジンコーヒーなんだそう。

わたしが頼んだ抹茶ラテは行ったことはないんですが、マリーナベイにあるThe Matcha Projectので、宇治抹茶を使用しているそう。

最近シンガポールで飲む抹茶ラテのレベルがどんどん上がってきていると感じます。

とか偉そうに言うほど日本で飲んだことがある訳ではありませんが、海外の抹茶も今やなんちゃってではない本格派が増えてきているのは確かだと思います。
