The restaurant named as Fish Head Steam (魚王蒸) is located in front of Setapak Green condominium at Setapak area. Although Setapak is famous with students but still this place is quite a distance and hidden if you are not familiar with Setapak area. Their signature steamed fish head (招牌蒸松魚頭) (RM28) is one of the best seller. As their fish is always fresh and the taste is always consistence. Clamps soup (上湯啦啦) (RM15) is the other dish that I would like to recommend. The normal clamp soup sometimes would have fishy smell but this one is just nice. The mixture of clamps, ginger and soup just made a scrumptious clamp soup, definitely would crave of it if you are fans of clamps. Sweet and Sour pork (咕嚕肉) (RM13) is one of my favourite from the restaurant. I can promise you that every sweet and sour pork is full of meat, not like the others, always mix with oily pork meat. Crispy outside and soft inside, plus the sauce is not too sour, just made themselves as the best sweet and sour pork place on my list. Last but not least, their Steamed Chicken Fungus (雲耳蒸雞腿) (RM14) is tasty either. Their sauce is just on point, not to salty and watery. The softness of fungus and chicken are just moderate. Literally every dishes of them are delicious. However, there is only one size of their food, which you might need to order at least four dishes for three person. Currently open daily from 11am until 10pm. Except public holiday.
