One of my favourite Japanese dishes is oden, which some jokingly call "Japanese yong tau foo". Torikin serves an excellent oden (combination of 8 for $18++) with a light soy-flavoured dashi broth that is subtle yet tasty together with various ingredients which make this a hearty and homely meal.
