Braised Pork Rib with Mui Choy Rice = SGD 6.9

Not as tasty and succulent as I hoped,but still good enough to enjoy. The meat itself was just a little dry and chewy. The flavor was also a little lacking, BUT see the little saucer of chili oil I stupidly left at the corner of the picture? Put some of those suckers on the pork ribs and it completely brings out the flavor of the dish. I thoroughly enjoyed myself, so I'm willing to give it another try just to see if I just caught them with a bad batch of pork ribs. Still,I feel like the chili oil is the real winner here.
