Filipino Crab Omelette
Nothing makes you feel right at home than homecooking.. Or something close to it at least!
Missing Filipino food my mom and I ventured to our favorite Filipino go-to Restaurant called Karilagan in South San Francisco (a few few away from Max's) across from El Camino Real. We ordered other food as well as this delicious Crab Omelette.
It basically egg and crab meat with some spring onions and the occasional tomato slices(depending on the cook!). really easy to make, this dish is usually eaten with rice and any Filipino would just add a good dollop of ketchup for good measure! Crabby meat thats fresh inside some fresh farm eggs! What a delight!
Take note this is not the whole omelette but only a slice of it which i've taken the liberty of topping it onto my rice with a nice dollop of ketchup! π
