The Smoked Salmon with Creme Fraiche which came served on a thick slice of rugbrød, a Danish style rye bread. The rugbrød here at Mr Kneady is 80% rye, 20% white, and has sea salt, natural sourdough starter, malt, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds.
