This took the cake...or in this case, the tart. The molten dark chocolate fondant tart is accompanied by rum ice cream atop a bed of chocolate soil. The rum ice cream was 100% amazing and I would recommend to have it by itself to enjoy its full flavour. Together with the slight bitterness from the cherry compote, this plate of dessert was absolutely decadent and a must-have. 😋👍
