Tasted this salted egg crispy chicken at around $7 from char grill bar! Indeed as the name suggest "Crispy chicken" it was indeed crispy! After a few slices and bite you will see chicken oil and fats coming out from the crispy chicken and you can taste how juicy and meaty the chicken was! On top of that the salted egg sauce adds on the savory texture and layers to create more flavours to the crispy chicken! Lovely!
