Came across the recipe sometime back & was intrigued by it cos I love pandan/gula melaka combination. The "egg yolk" is actually pumpkin jelly, "lotus seed paste" is gula melaka jelly & "pandan snowskin" is pandan+coconut jelly. To be honest, I didn't really like it. Sure, it looks pretty but somehow the taste is lacking and I must say it's kind of sweet. Need to make adjustments to this recipe if I ever make it again.
