Amazing value at this unexpected find?? Bibimbap came piping hot in a sizzling claypot, topped with carrots, seaweed, cucumbers, beansprouts, marinated chicken and a sunny side up hiding a load of gochujang sauce underneath 🤤🤤 An even more budget version will be the non-claypot bibimbap ($6) but why forgo the nice charred rice bits at the bottom 😍😍 Love that this comes with free flow kimchi and Korean cucumber salad, as well as seaweed soup for a nice wholesome meal. Tried the ginseng chicken too, which tasted more like a Chinese soup and wasn’t too cheap, but at least portion of chicken was very generous. To manage your expectations, the food is good for the price and definitely is a more Chinese take on Korean cuisine? A pleasant find after walking past this unassuming little stall within Junction 8’s food junction, and will definitely be back when I need my next cheap Korean fix 😋😋
