This dish came wrapped in baking paper. Not sure if baking it provided any more flavour than just cooking it in a pan, or if it was merely for fancy presentation. The tomato sauce was tasty, but the seafood had sand in it. Overall, didn't feel the higher price was justified compared to their more affordable pastas!
