Love this 白米粉 (White Vermicelli) from a Zi Char Stall located within a coffeeshop in the North - This bowl of white saucy Bee Hoon came with a decent portion of de-shelled prawns, squid and clams that provided that contrast of sweetness and freshness against the saltier broth - and eating this hot meal immediately after being served brought soooo much comfort to my hungry stomach...!!
