This is my girl's favourite.. by Chef Jean-Charles Dubois. Fricassee of Gnocchi with Aged Comte cheese , trumpet mushrooms, pumpkin emulsion and smashed hazelnuts. Very well presented and deliciously done. Happy to meet the chef too. @$32 rate 5/5👍🏻 ⭐️
