The buns were crumbly and crisp, and the black pepper sauce was quite 'shiok' with just enough spice for me. I never expected black pepper to go so well with duck. I would totally order black pepper duck if there was such a dish. We were told that these buns had a 20 min wait, but they took about 15 mins to arrive and were pipping hot. The bun itself sans meat also had a slightly sweet taste. Highly recommend these buns!
