Opened on 16 Jan 2022, Yi Qian serves up Cantonese and Teochew fare helmed by ex-Golden Palace Chef Raymond (莊港明) who started off as an apprentice in HK’s famous Lei Garden. The entrance of the restaurant is tucked away in a commercial building along Leng Kee Road. This pig’s stomach and chicken soup serves 4-6 and is a whole kampung chicken wrapped in a pig’s stomach boiled in white pepper soup. Broth is boiled for 4 hrs in high heat with a myriad of spices. Pre order required.
