This is basically shreds of chicken, crab meat and loads of egg white stir fried together. It was recommended to us to add in black vinegar and mix them together well before eating. AND IT WAS SO GOOD. That vinegary fragrance and fresh seafood along with the smooth texture made this a superbly easy dish to finish. It’s lighter in terms of seasoning but you can also add soy sauce if needed. This dish paired really really well with white rice and did I mention that the white rice here is NT$10 (S$0.45) per pax free flow?!
