While my experience with their Vietnamese Braised Pork Belly wasn't the most spectacular previously, the Grilled Pork Chop Bee Hoon was actually pretty good. Sure, the grilled pork is a little bit on the dry and stodgy side, but it comes slightly sweet just like a milder version of Char Siew with a bit more bite. The rice vermicelli was springy, while the entire bowl comes with a good mix of ingredients such as pickled vegetables for a little bit of tanginess and crunch whilst also with mint leaves for a refreshing burst of flavours. All went really well especially when had with the piquant chili sauce that is bright and zippy — good for a light lunch.
