My second time at Kanshoku Ramen and I think their original one is nicer than the garlic version.

{Shoyu Tonkatsu Ramen x Classic Tonkatsu Ramen} I had the former and the broth was rich and flavourful, while the meat was really melt-in-the-mouth tender!

springy al dente Ramen tossed with fragrant Truffle Oil, topped with truffle bits, charred torched Char Siew pieces and a nice runny Ajitama - Kanshoku's Truffle Ramen ($16.90++) never ceases to please both the Olfactory and Hypopharyngeal Nerves.
