The Burnt Cheesecake ($8) from The Kins Cafe
It may look unappealing but it tastes a bomb. Rich and creamy, yet light on the palate, well balanced in sweetness and saltiness with a zesty tinge of lemon. The texture is complex, creamy and molten in the center, soft fluffy moist cake texture which resembled a Japanese cheesecake but firmer and denser edges, some smokiness from the burnt layer top. I am truly overwhelmed by this cake!
Matcha Latte ($6) is good too. Rich and bold matcha flavours.
White 5 oz ($5) is quite a good cup of coffee.
