Putting aside the fact that this portion of Jamaican chicken @burntends_sg was basically 2 pieces of perfectly frenched mid-joint wings, the chicken skin was so well seasoned with a mildly spicy and zesty taste. This was served with a housemade lime crema. Perfect starter for the evening dinner!
