You get to choose the gelato and sauce to drizzle over the ice, and pictured is the green tea gelato with kuromitsu sauce. Essentially an idealistic Korean bingsu challenging itself not to be pigeonholed as “exotic”, “novelty” or “foreign talent”, and trying its darnest to adapt itself to local tastes and its new home in a food court setting, but ultimately ending up being nothing like its former self and instead, just being a really satisfying ice kachang. 3.6/5
