Porcini mushroom stock is very rich & flavourful but a tad too salty for me, rice can be cooked a lil longer I guess cos some tasted undercooked. Generous portion of mushrooms!๐Ÿ˜‹ Edamame puree is unique, 1st time seeing it but it doesn't add much to the taste overall. Tried it on its own but don't hv edamame taste๐Ÿ˜‚
