Sweet potato hash [$13++] Available only on weekday mornings or weekend brunch (10am-4pm), this dish comprises of sweet potato chunks, breakfast sausage, red capsicums, kale and lastly, a baked egg in the centre which was also the most significant contributor to the visuals.

All served in a cast iron pan, the sweet potatoes were soft, chunky with a pleasant subtle natural sweetness. The breakfast sausage is juicy, tender and meaty, well marinated and flavourful. Along with the crunch and juiciness of the red capsicums and cracker-like crispness of kale, the baked egg in middle (swipe to the end to view) had a soft and slightly runny vibrant yolk which would have been better with a greater flow .
