Housed in a corner of Mandarin Gallery, DRIM is a cosy and intimate Korean style house that specialised in Korean beef dishes.

I had the galbi-tang (beef rib soup) which was beautifully served in a brass bowl on a gorgeous mugunghwa-shaped wooden tray. Sides of tangy young kimchi and radish kimchi were served with the soup.

The beef soup was clear, clean tasting and full of beefy umami flavours. It was light, delightful and tasty. I really love the tender beef ribs which had a strong and bold beefy taste without tasting gamey. It goes well with the tangy vinegary sauce that comes on the side.

The food here is definitely 최고! Jjinja mashis!
