Handmade noodles dough freshly made daily and the choice of noodles prepared upon order. My mee hoon kueh was hand-torn while I wait for my order to be cooked. I ordered the dry version served with minced meatball, fish ball, anchovies and vegetables tossed in black vinegar, dark sauce and their house-made chilli sauce. The kueh had the right thickness, springy and firm to the bite. A comforting, cheap and simple dish 》$2.50
