Even up till now I'm still salivating over this memorable dish. Mixing the cream into the rice really skyrocketed the flavour. It was pure bliss the moment i took a bite. Unlike most Paella, this ranks at the very top of my list as it goes down so easily without being gelat and to top it all off...MORE SCALLOPS! 🤩
