The wagyu sando was luxurious yet simple with small slabs of marbled beef wayu meet wedged between soft, crustless bread. Compared to other sandos I've had, this version was light and clean with the strong beefy taste coming through clearly without being covered by any sauces or caramelised onions. The meat was firm yet juicy and tender, and the accompanying togarashi fries are definitely top on my list.
