The sashimi were fresh and the delicate shoyu foam adds a touch of elegance to this classic Japanese delicacy, taking it to the next level of refinement.

SAKE JUMBO OYSTER
I was truly WOW-ed by the size of this huge and fresh jumbo oyster, Binchotan grilled and infused with sake.

LOBSTER TAIL BINCHOTAN GRILL
Lobster Tail | Asparagus | Lobster paste
A true showstopper - The firm, tender and fresh lobster meat, paired heavenly with the rich umami lobster paste. It’s so good that I could easily have seconds!

IBERICO JOWL DON
A lavish donburi topped with a luscious uni cream sauce - the rich flavors of the Iberico jowl blend seamlessly with the creaminess of the uni sauce, creating a heavenly harmony that’s comforting to have.

PONZU JELLY UNI
Ponzu jelly | Ikura | Uni
Supposedly a refreshing and tangy finale to this epicurean journey, leaving your palate refreshed and satisfied. I must admit that I found this dessert overly salty to be enjoyed. Perhaps an in-between palate cleanser and a sweet finish would have been a better ending for me.

Overall, Uni Gallery's Summer Omakase was a dazzling display of culinary artistry that showcases the freshest ingredients and the chef's skillful creativity. It’s a worthy try in my opinion!
