Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of foie gras cuz of the overwhelming after taste. However, this particular one changed my impression of how good foie gras can be. Apricot compote and alil of the mustard dressing, completes the entire taste.
Can't do justice for their food unless you try it yourself! 😋 I can't wait for their new menu already!!! P.s. Pardon the sound of my video. 😅
