Scrumptious White Carrot Cake from an unrated Fried Carrot Cake stall at Redhill Market & Food Centre. Queued closed to an hour (日夜香 stall open in morning) on an early Sunday morning.

The addition of bean sprouts goes well with the light, fluffy carrot carrot chunks and chewy egg which had that occasional crispy end.

My mum reviewed that this stall's fried carrot cake is so much better than the famous Fu Ming Carrot Cake stall at the same market. I totally agreed with her and thank you Mommy for the breakfast.
