While the toasted brioche was as pedestrian as a trolley-wielding Ah Ma at Ghim Moh Market (which, thankfully, was a problem easily addressable with the myriad of homemade condiments available such as their tomato chutney, sriracha sauce and jalapeño salsa), the chicken tikka-esque meat made for happy bedfellows with the sassy and irrepressible harissa, which was seedy, yogurt creamy, viciously spicy and lime-tangy all at once. 3.9/5
