For a sashimi-and-skewer-centric restaurant, this Kurobuta (black pork) Katsu exceeded my expectation and turned out to be one of my recommended dishes here.

Deep-fried to a beautiful golden brown, the exterior is so unbelievably crisp and light, there's no way you can chow down without disturbing the peace of your neighbor. 😂 I like how juicy and tender the black pork is, despite it going into the deep fryer. For $17.50, it's definitely well worth the money. #Burpproved
