The pork collar is flavoured with sweetness and it is very tender. You will find that the noodles are actually same as our usual hawker wanton mee but slightly thinner and softer. And there is no doubt that the vegetable is very fresh and crunchy. This is actually originated from a thai wanton mee instead of our local noodles.
