The signature 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗻-𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸/小炒肉 may look like a simple stir-fry at first glimpse, but it's well executed and big on flavours! The tender Iberico pork slices are smoky and mildly spicy, with the aroma emanating from the black bean sauce and garlic. The sliced green pepper and white fungus also added a nice crunchy texture to the dish. It tastes so homely - we pretty much demolished our rice with this! 💚⁣
